Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 4 pieces Naan bread (mini or full sized)
  • 2 tbsp Taco seasoning
  • 1 cup Shredded lettuce
  • 0.5 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream(optional)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro(optional)

Instructions

    In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, draining any excess fat.

    Stir in the taco seasoning and a splash of water, simmering for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.

    Warm the naan bread in a dry skillet or microwave for 20 seconds until soft and pliable.

    Place a generous portion of the beef mixture in the center of each naan.

    Top with shredded lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.

    Garnish with Greek yogurt and cilantro if desired, then fold and serve.
