Ingredients

  • 1 cup Dry Couscous
  • 1.25 cups Vegetable Broth
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Zest
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Garlic Powder(optional)

Instructions

    In a medium saucepan, bring the vegetable broth, olive oil, salt, and garlic powder to a boil.

    Remove the pan from the heat and stir in the dry couscous.

    Cover the pan with a tight-fitting lid and let it sit for 5 minutes until the liquid is fully absorbed.
