Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Chicken breast, sliced into strips
  • 4 tablespoons Basil pesto
  • 2 units Large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup Mixed salad greens
  • 0.5 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.25 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil

Instructions

    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.

    Add chicken strips and cook for 6-8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.

    Stir in 2 tablespoons of pesto to coat the chicken, then remove from heat.

    Lay tortillas flat and spread the remaining pesto evenly over each.

    Layer the mixed greens, tomatoes, mozzarella, and cooked chicken in the center of each tortilla.

    Fold in the sides and roll tightly to form a wrap.
