Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken Breast
  • 0.33 cup Basil Pesto
  • 2 tablespoons Greek Yogurt
  • 0.5 cup Cherry Tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Red Onion
  • 1 tablespoon Pine Nuts(optional)
  • 1 pinch Salt and Pepper

Instructions

    Shred or dice the pre-cooked chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.

    Halve the cherry tomatoes and finely dice the red onion.

    In a small bowl, whisk together the basil pesto and Greek yogurt until smooth.

    Pour the pesto dressing over the chicken and add the tomatoes and onions.
