  • 16 oz Fettuccine or Linguine
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 1 cup Whole Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • to taste Salt and Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley(optional)

    In a large pot or skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

    Add the chicken broth, milk, and dry pasta to the pot. Season with salt and pepper.
