Mediterranean Falafel Wrap

Ingredients

  • 6 pieces Falafel balls
  • 2 pieces Large pita bread
  • 4 tablespoons Hummus
  • 4 tablespoons Tzatziki sauce
  • 0.5 cup Cucumber, sliced
  • 0.5 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 2 tablespoons Red onion, thinly sliced(optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley(optional)

Instructions

    Heat the falafel balls in a pan or oven according to package instructions until crispy and hot.

    Warm the pita breads slightly in a dry skillet or microwave for 15 seconds to make them pliable.

    Spread 2 tablespoons of hummus down the center of each pita.

    Place 3 falafel balls on top of the hummus and lightly crush them with a fork.

    Top with cucumber slices, cherry tomatoes, and red onion.

    Drizzle generously with tzatziki sauce and garnish with fresh parsley.

    Fold the sides of the pita inward and roll tightly to serve.
