Ingredients

  • 2 cups Ripe Mango
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 2 teaspoons Honey or Sugar(optional)
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground Cardamom(optional)
  • 0.5 cup Ice Cubes(optional)

    Peel and chop the fresh mangoes, discarding the pit.

    Add the mango chunks, yogurt, milk, sweetener, and cardamom into a high-speed blender.

    Blend on high until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy.

    If the consistency is too thick, add a splash more milk; if you prefer it colder, blend in the ice cubes.

    Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately, garnished with a pinch of cardamom if desired.
