Ingredients

  • 1 lb g Baby potatoes
  • 3 tbsp ml Soy sauce
  • 1.5 tbsp ml Honey
  • 3 cloves cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp ml Sesame oil
  • 1/2 cup ml Water
  • 1 tsp tsp Toasted sesame seeds(optional)
  • 1 stalk stalk Green onion(optional)

Instructions

  1. 1

Scrub and halve the baby potatoes (prep, ~10 minutes). Mince the garlic and slice the green onion.

  2. 2

Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add potatoes cut-side down and sauté 5 minutes until lightly golden. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds.

  3. 3

Add soy sauce, honey, and water. Stir to coat, cover, and simmer 12-15 minutes until potatoes are tender.

  4. 4

Uncover and increase heat slightly, tossing until the glaze reduces and coats the potatoes glossy, about 3-5 minutes.

  5. 5

Off heat, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion. Serve warm or at room temperature.
