Ingredients

  • 200 g Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Oat milk
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Green onion, sliced(optional)
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds(optional)
  • 1 cup Cooked white rice
  • ½ cup Kimchi

Instructions

  1. 1

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oat milk, minced garlic, grated ginger, sesame oil, and sugar; whisk until the sugar dissolves.

  2. 2

Add the sliced beef to the marinade, toss to coat, and let it sit for about 10 minutes while you prepare the rice.

  3. 3

Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium‑high heat; once hot, add the marinated beef in a single layer and grill for 3‑4 minutes per side, until caramelized and cooked through.

  4. 4

While the beef cooks, steam the rice and warm the kimchi if desired.

  5. 5

Transfer the cooked beef to a serving plate, garnish with sliced green onion and sesame seeds if using, and serve alongside the rice and kimchi.
