  • 12 oz boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp neutral oil
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 2 tbsp green onion (optional garnish)(optional)

Instructions

  1. 1

Prep (10 minutes): Slice the chicken into bite-size pieces. Mince the garlic.

  5. 5

Serve: Spoon the teriyaki-style garlic soy chicken over rice. Garnish with green onion if using.
