Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 12 sheets Lasagna Noodles
- 24 oz Marinara Sauce
- 15 oz Ricotta Cheese
- 3 cups Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 1 Egg
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano(optional)
- 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley, chopped(optional)

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef with minced garlic over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.

Stir the marinara sauce into the beef and simmer for 5 minutes.

In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, egg, 1/4 cup parmesan, and parsley. Mix well.

Spread 1 cup of meat sauce in the bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Layer 4 lasagna noodles over the sauce, followed by 1/3 of the ricotta mixture, 1/3 of the remaining meat sauce, and 1 cup of mozzarella.

Repeat layers twice more, ending with a final layer of mozzarella and the remaining parmesan cheese.

Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 25 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.

Let the lasagna rest for 15 minutes before slicing to allow the layers to set.
