  • 1 tablespoon, chopped Fresh dill
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon zest
  • 0.5 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 slices Lemon slices(optional)

Instructions

  1. 1

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, parsley, dill, oregano, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.

  2. 2

Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, ensuring they are evenly coated.

  3. 3

Let the salmon marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes while you preheat the grill.

  4. 4

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 400°F) and lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.

  5. 5

Place the salmon fillets on the grill, skin-side down first, and close the lid.

  6. 6

Grill for 4-5 minutes, then carefully flip the fillets using a wide spatula.

  7. 7

Grill for an additional 3-4 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F and the fish flakes easily with a fork.

  8. 8

Remove from the grill and let rest for 2 minutes before serving with fresh lemon slices.
