Ingredients
- 3 cups Red seedless grapes
- 0.5 cup Walnut halves
- 1 package Vegan puff pastry sheet
- 0.75 cup Granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons Vegan butter
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 0.25 teaspoon Sea salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Cinnamon
Instructions
- 1
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and lightly toast the walnuts in a dry pan for 3 minutes until fragrant.
- 2
In a 9-inch oven-proof skillet, melt the vegan butter over medium heat and stir in the sugar and balsamic vinegar.
- 3
Cook the sugar mixture without stirring too much until it turns into a light golden amber caramel.
- 4
Arrange the red grapes and toasted walnuts in a single, tight layer over the caramel, sprinkling with rosemary, salt, and cinnamon.
- 5
Roll out the puff pastry and cut a circle slightly larger than your skillet, then drape it over the grapes.
- 6
Tuck the edges of the pastry down into the sides of the skillet to create a rim for the tart.
- 7
Bake for 25-30 minutes until the pastry is puffed and deep golden brown.
- 8
Let the tart cool for 5 minutes, then carefully invert it onto a large serving plate while still warm.
