Ingredients

  • 12 oz Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp Gochujang
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Sesame oil
  • 6 Tostada shells
  • 2 cups Shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup Sour cream
  • 1 Lime
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 Green onions, sliced(optional)
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds(optional)

Instructions

  1. 1

In a bowl, whisk together gochujang, soy sauce, honey, and half the sesame oil. Add shrimp and toss to coat; let marinate while you prep the toppings (about 5 minutes).

  2. 2

Mix sour cream with the juice of half the lime and a pinch of salt to make the lime crema. Shred the cabbage, slice green onions, and cut the remaining lime into wedges.

  3. 3

Heat remaining sesame oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds, then add shrimp with the marinade. Cook 3-4 minutes, turning once, until shrimp are pink and glazed.

  4. 4

Spread lime crema on tostada shells, top with shredded cabbage, then glazed shrimp. Garnish with green onions, sesame seeds, and a squeeze of lime. Serve immediately.
