Ingredients

  • 450 g Beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce (gluten-free if needed)
  • 1 tablespoon Gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 600 g Cauliflower rice
  • 150 g Kimchi, chopped
  • 2 stalks Green onions, sliced(optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper(optional)

Instructions

  1. 1

In a bowl, whisk together soy sauce, gochujang, minced garlic, grated ginger, olive oil, and black pepper; add the beef slices and toss to coat. Marinate for 10 minutes while you prep the cauliflower rice.

  2. 2

Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium‑high heat. Add the marinated beef in a single layer and sear for 2‑3 minutes per side until browned and cooked through; remove and set aside.

  3. 3

In the same pan, add the cauliflower rice and sauté for 5‑6 minutes, stirring frequently, until tender and lightly golden; season with a pinch of salt if desired.

  4. 4

Divide the cauliflower rice among three bowls, top each with the cooked beef, a generous spoonful of chopped kimchi, and optional sliced green onions.

  5. 5

Serve immediately, allowing diners to mix the ingredients together for a smoky, spicy bite.
