Ingredients

  • 20 oz Cheese Tortellini
  • 24 oz Marinara Sauce
  • 0.5 cup Heavy Cream
  • 2 cups Fresh Spinach
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan Cheese(optional)
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant.

    Pour in the marinara sauce and bring to a gentle simmer.

    Add the cheese tortellini directly into the sauce. Cover and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the pasta is tender.

    Stir in the heavy cream and fresh spinach, cooking for another 2 minutes until the spinach is wilted.

    Remove from heat, stir in Parmesan cheese if using, and serve immediately.
