Ingredients

  • 300 g Shirataki noodles
  • 300 g Ground turkey
  • 200 ml Coconut milk (full‑fat)
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce (or tamari for gluten‑free)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 stalks Green onions, sliced(optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes(optional)
  • to taste Salt(optional)
  • to taste Black pepper(optional)

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Drain and rinse the shirataki noodles, then pat dry with paper towels.

  2. 2

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. 3

Add ground turkey, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon (about 6‑8 minutes).

  4. 4

Stir in soy sauce, lime juice, and coconut milk; bring to a gentle simmer and let the sauce thicken slightly, about 3 minutes.

  5. 5

Fold the prepared shirataki noodles into the skillet, mixing until evenly coated with the sauce.

  6. 6

Transfer the mixture to a greased 9‑inch baking dish, sprinkle red pepper flakes and optional sliced green onions on top.

  7. 7

Bake for 20‑25 minutes, until the edges are golden and the sauce is bubbling. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
