Ingredients
- 1 large Flour tortilla
- 4 ounces Fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1 sliced Roma tomato
- 6 whole Fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic glaze(optional)
- 1 teaspoon Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt and black pepper
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Place the tortilla in the skillet and layer sliced mozzarella on one half of the tortilla.

Arrange the tomato slices over the cheese and season with salt and pepper.

Place fresh basil leaves on top of the tomatoes.

Fold the empty half of the tortilla over the filling to create a half-moon shape.

Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese is fully melted.
