Pesto Naan Pizzas

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces Naan bread
  • 0.5 cup Basil pesto
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 pinch Red pepper flakes(optional)
  • 4 leaves Fresh basil leaves(optional)

Instructions

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Place the naan breads on the prepared baking sheet.

    Spread a generous layer of basil pesto over each naan, leaving a small border around the edges.

    Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the pesto.

    Arrange the halved cherry tomatoes on top of the cheese.

    Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling and the edges of the naan are golden brown.

    Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil and red pepper flakes if desired, slice, and serve immediately.
