- 2 lbs Chicken wings (flats and drums separated)
- 2 quarts Vegetable oil for frying
- 2/3 cup Frank's RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
- 1/2 cup Unsalted butter
- 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper(optional)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 4 stalks Celery sticks
- 1/2 cup Blue cheese dressing

Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels to ensure maximum crispiness.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot or deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Carefully fry the wings in batches for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.

While wings are frying, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.

Whisk the hot sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper into the melted butter until well combined.

Remove the wings from the oil and drain on a wire rack or paper towels for 1 minute.

Place the hot wings in a large stainless steel bowl, pour the sauce over them, and toss until evenly coated.
