- 2 quarts Vegetable oil for frying
- 0.66 cup Frank's RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce
- 0.5 cup Unsalted butter
- 0.25 tsp Garlic powder
- 0.25 tsp Cayenne pepper(optional)
- 0.5 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp Black pepper
- 4 stalks Celery sticks
- 0.5 cup Blue cheese dressing

Pat the chicken wings completely dry with paper towels to ensure maximum crispiness.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pot or deep fryer to 375°F (190°C).

Carefully fry the wings in batches for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
