Ingredients

  • 2 cups cups Old Fashioned Oats
  • 3 tablespoons tablespoons Chia Seeds
  • 3 tablespoons tablespoons Hershey's Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/3 cup cup Honey
  • 3 tablespoons tablespoons Avocado Oil
  • 2 cups cups Water
  • 1 teaspoon teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon teaspoon Salt
  • 2 medium Ripe Bananas
  • 1 teaspoon teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease an 8x8-inch baking dish with avocado oil.

  2. 2

In a large bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.

  3. 3

Stir in the water, honey, avocado oil, and vanilla extract until well combined.

  4. 4

Add the oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt, and stir until everything is evenly moistened.

  5. 5

Let the mixture rest for 10 minutes so the chia seeds thicken it.

  6. 6

Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.

  7. 7

Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the top is set and the edges are lightly crisp.

  8. 8

Cool completely, cut into 4 squares, and refrigerate. Reheat individual squares in the microwave for 45-60 seconds before serving.
