In a small bowl, whisk together hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, wine, brown sugar, garlic, five-spice, and ginger to create the marinade.
Place the pork tenderloin in a large resealable bag and pour in the marinade, reserving 3 tablespoons for later glazing.
Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight, to let the flavors penetrate the lean meat.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and place a wire rack over a foil-lined baking sheet.
Remove the pork from the marinade and place it on the wire rack, discarding the used marinade in the bag.
Roast the pork for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
During the last 5 minutes of cooking, brush the reserved marinade over the pork to create a sticky, glossy glaze.
Remove from the oven and let the meat rest for 10 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
