Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground beef
- 8 pieces Mini naan breads
- 2 tbsp Taco seasoning
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- 0.5 cup Diced tomatoes
- 0.5 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 tbsp Greek yogurt or sour cream(optional)
- 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro(optional)

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Drain excess fat.

Stir in the taco seasoning and a splash of water. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the meat.

While the beef simmers, warm the mini naan breads in a dry pan or microwave for 20 seconds until soft and pliable.

Place a generous spoonful of the seasoned beef into the center of each naan.

Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and shredded cheese.
