Ingredients
- 500 g Ground Beef
- 12 sheets Lasagna Sheets
- 800 g Crushed Tomatoes
- 1 medium Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 500 ml Whole Milk
- 50 g Butter
- 50 g All-purpose Flour
- 200 g Mozzarella Cheese
- 50 g Parmesan Cheese
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano(optional)

Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).

In a large pan, sauté diced onion and minced garlic until soft. Add ground beef and brown thoroughly.

Stir in crushed tomatoes and oregano. Simmer for 20 minutes to create the ragu.

In a separate saucepan, melt butter, whisk in flour, and gradually add milk while whisking constantly until thickened to create the béchamel sauce.

In a baking dish, layer a small amount of meat sauce, followed by lasagna sheets, more meat sauce, and a layer of béchamel.

Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with a thick layer of béchamel sauce.

Top with shredded mozzarella and grated parmesan.

Bake for 35-40 minutes until the top is golden brown and bubbling.
