Ingredients

Servings:4

  • 1 tablespoon Green chili and ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 4 tablespoons Garlic chutney (Dry Lehsun Chutney)
  • 3 tablespoons Melted butter
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cilantro chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Besan (Gram flour)(optional)

Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds; once they crackle, add the ginger-chili paste and turmeric.

  2. 2

Add the mashed potatoes and salt to the pan, mix thoroughly, and cook for 3 minutes before stirring in fresh cilantro.

  3. 3

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking tray.

  4. 4

Spread a generous layer of dry garlic chutney on the bottom half of the buns.

Spread the potato mixture evenly over the chutney layer and place the top half of the buns back on.

  8. 8

Bake for 12-15 minutes until the buns are golden brown and slightly crispy on top.
