Baked Four-Cheese Ziti

Ingredients
- 1 lb Ziti pasta
- 24 oz Marinara sauce
- 15 oz Ricotta cheese
- 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
- 0.5 cup Grated parmesan cheese
- 1 cup Shredded provolone cheese
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 2 tbsp Fresh parsley(optional)

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Boil the ziti in salted water until slightly undercooked (al dente), then drain.

In a medium bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, egg, oregano, and half of the parmesan cheese.

In a large bowl, toss the cooked ziti with the marinara sauce and the ricotta mixture until well combined.

Pour half of the pasta mixture into the baking dish. Sprinkle with half of the mozzarella and provolone.

Add the remaining pasta mixture, then top with the remaining mozzarella, provolone, and parmesan.

Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbling.

Let rest for 5 minutes and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
