Ingredients
- 2 lbs Pork collar butt or shoulder, cut into 2-inch wide strips
- 3 tbsp Hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing rice wine
- 2 tbsp Brown sugar
- 1 tsp Five-spice powder
- 1 tbsp Minced garlic
- 1 cube Red fermented bean curd(optional)
- 1 tsp Toasted sesame oil

In a large bowl, whisk together the hoisin, honey, soy sauce, rice wine, sugar, five-spice, garlic, and sesame oil.

Place the pork strips into the marinade, ensuring every piece is well coated, and let sit for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.

Place the pork strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer, leaving space between them for air circulation.

Air fry for 10 minutes, then flip the pork pieces over to ensure even cooking.

Brush the remaining marinade over the pork and air fry for another 8-10 minutes until the edges are charred and the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

Remove the pork and let it rest on a cutting board for 10 minutes to keep the juices inside.
