- 1 cup Fresh shiitake mushrooms, sliced
- 8 ounces Firm tofu, cut into matchsticks
- 1/2 cup Bamboo shoots, shredded
- 1/4 cup Rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon White pepper
- 3 tablespoons Cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 2 stalks Green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon Chili oil(optional)
