Ingredients
- 8 Corn tortillas
- 2 cans Black beans
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 Avocado
- 1 cup Shredded lettuce
- 0.5 cup Feta or Cotija cheese
- 1 tbsp Lime juice
- 0.5 cup Salsa(optional)

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly brush tortillas with oil and bake for 4-5 minutes per side until crispy.

In a small saucepan, heat the black beans with cumin, garlic powder, and a splash of water. Mash about half of the beans with a fork to create a creamy texture.

In a small bowl, mash the avocados with lime juice and a pinch of salt.

Spread a layer of mashed beans onto each crispy tortilla.

Top with mashed avocado, shredded lettuce, crumbled cheese, and salsa if desired.
