Ingredients
- 2 packs Yakisoba noodles
- 2 cups Cabbage
- 1 medium Carrot
- 0.5 medium Onion
- 4 pieces Shiitake mushrooms(optional)
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
Instructions

Whisk together the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, and ketchup in a small bowl to make the yakisoba sauce.

Prepare the noodles by rinsing them under warm water to loosen them up; drain well.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the onions, carrots, and mushrooms, stir-frying for 3 minutes until slightly softened.

Add the cabbage and cook for another 2 minutes until the cabbage starts to wilt.

Add the noodles to the pan and toss with the vegetables.

Pour the sauce over the noodles and vegetables, tossing constantly for 2-3 minutes until everything is well-coated and heated through.

Serve immediately, optionally garnished with pickled ginger or seaweed powder.
