- 2 pieces Salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons White miso paste
- 1 tablespoon Mirin
- 1 tablespoon Sake
- 1 tablespoon Granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon Grated ginger(optional)
- 1 stalk Green onions, sliced(optional)
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together the miso paste, mirin, sake, sugar, and ginger until smooth.

Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel.

Coat the salmon fillets generously with the miso mixture. If time permits, let marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, otherwise proceed to cooking.

Preheat your oven broiler to high and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil, lightly greasing it.

Place the salmon on the baking sheet, skin-side down.

Broil for 6 to 8 minutes, or until the top is charred and caramelized and the salmon is cooked through.
