Ingredients
- 6 oz Chow mein noodles
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce (or vegetarian stir-fry sauce)
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 2 cups Cabbage, shredded
- 1 medium Carrots, julienned
- 3 stalks Green onions, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
- 1 cup Bean sprouts(optional)

Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil to make the sauce.

Heat vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over high heat.

Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add shredded cabbage and carrots, stir-frying for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened but still crisp.

Add the cooked noodles and the sauce mixture to the pan.

Toss everything together for 2 minutes to ensure noodles are coated and heated through.
