Ingredients

  • 3 Ripe Avocados
  • 0.5 cup White Onion
  • 0.25 cup Fresh Cilantro
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 Jalapeño(optional)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 clove Garlic(optional)

Instructions

    Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a medium mixing bowl.

    Use a fork or potato masher to gently mash the avocado to your desired consistency (chunky or smooth).

    Stir in the lime juice and salt immediately to prevent browning.

    Fold in the finely diced onion, chopped cilantro, diced tomatoes, and minced jalapeño if using.

    Taste and adjust seasoning with additional salt or lime juice if needed.
