- 2 cups All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Active dry yeast
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 3/4 cup Warm water
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 3 cloves Minced garlic
- 3 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon Fresh cilantro(optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon Nigella seeds(optional)

In a small bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast; let sit for 10 minutes until frothy.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk flour and salt, then create a well in the center.

Pour the yeast mixture, yogurt, and olive oil into the well and knead for 5-7 minutes until a smooth, slightly sticky dough forms.

Place dough in a greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Divide the dough into 6 equal balls and roll each into an oval shape about 1/4 inch thick.

Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat and cook each naan for 1-2 minutes until bubbles form, then flip and cook for another minute.

Melt the butter and stir in the minced garlic and chopped cilantro.

Brush the hot naan generously with the garlic butter mixture immediately after removing from the pan.
