Ingredients
- 12 ounces Medium pasta shells
- 1 1/2 cups Whole milk
- 3 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta shells according to package directions until al dente.

While pasta cooks, melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

Whisk the flour into the melted butter and cook for 1 minute to create a light roux.

Slowly pour in the milk while whisking constantly to prevent lumps, then simmer until the sauce thickens.
