Ingredients
- 4 ears Corn on the cob
- 0.25 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Sour cream or Mexican Crema
- 0.5 cup Cotija cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 wedge Lime
- 1 clove Garlic(optional)

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Peel back the husks of the corn and remove the silk, then rub the kernels lightly with oil or butter.

Place the corn directly on the grill grates and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred in spots all over.

In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, and minced garlic (if using).

Once the corn is cooked, remove from the grill and immediately brush each ear generously with the mayonnaise mixture.

Sprinkle the crumbled Cotija cheese over the corn, followed by the chili powder and fresh cilantro.
