- 6 pieces boneless pork chops
- 12 ounces root beer
- 18 ounces BBQ sauce
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar

- 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

Pat the pork chops dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.

Place the seasoned pork chops in the bottom of the slow cooker in an even layer.

Whisk together the root beer and liquid smoke in a small bowl, then pour over the pork chops.

Cover and cook on Low for 6 to 7 hours or on High for 3 to 4 hours until the meat is fork-tender.

Carefully remove the pork chops from the slow cooker and discard the excess cooking liquid.
