Simple Garlic Butter Fried Rice

Ingredients
- 4 cups Cold cooked jasmine rice
- 4 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- 6 cloves Fresh garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 2 pieces Large eggs, beaten
- 3 stalks Green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon Toasted sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt and black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Toasted sesame seeds(optional)

Place the cold rice in a bowl and gently break up any large clumps with your hands or a spatula.

In a large skillet or wok over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter until bubbling.

Add the minced garlic to the butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes until golden brown and fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

Push the garlic to one side of the pan, add the beaten eggs to the empty side, and scramble until just set.

Increase the heat to high and add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter along with the cold rice.

Toss the rice thoroughly to coat every grain in the garlic butter and incorporate the eggs.

Drizzle the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil over the rice, then stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until the rice is heated through and slightly crispy.
