Simple Chicken And Broccoli Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 cups Broccoli florets
- 1/3 cup Soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger, minced
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon Toasted sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds(optional)

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, chicken broth, brown sugar, cornstarch, and sesame oil until smooth.

Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-6 minutes, then remove chicken from the pan and set aside.

Add the remaining tablespoon of oil to the same pan and stir-fry the broccoli florets for 3 minutes until bright green and slightly tender.

Stir in the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and pour the sauce mixture over the ingredients.

Toss everything together and simmer for 1-2 minutes until the sauce has thickened and coated the chicken and broccoli.
