Ingredients
- 1 pound Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup Fresh lime juice
- 2 pieces Serrano peppers, stemmed
- 0.5 cup Fresh cilantro
- 1 large Cucumber, sliced into half-moons
- 0.5 medium Red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
- 8 pieces Tostadas(optional)

In a blender, combine the lime juice, serrano peppers, cilantro, and a pinch of salt. Blend until completely smooth and bright green.
