Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs Chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups Fresh sugar snap peas, trimmed
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Toasted sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger, minced
- 3 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon Toasted sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Red pepper flakes(optional)

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, minced ginger, and cornstarch to create the sauce.

Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook until browned and cooked through, approximately 5-7 minutes.

Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside on a plate.

Add the remaining tablespoon of oil to the pan and toss in the snap peas and garlic, stir-frying for 2-3 minutes until bright green but still crisp.

Return the chicken to the pan and pour the sauce mixture over the ingredients.

Toss everything together for 1-2 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken and peas evenly.
