Ingredients
- 2 pieces Salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup Soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons Honey
- 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 2 cups Cooked white or brown rice
- 1 cup Broccoli florets
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds(optional)
- 1 stalk Green onions, sliced(optional)

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced ginger, and garlic to create the teriyaki glaze.

Season salmon fillets lightly with salt and pepper.

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat with a drizzle of oil. Place salmon skin-side down and cook for 4-5 minutes.

Flip the salmon and pour the teriyaki sauce into the pan. Cook for another 3-4 minutes while spooning the sauce over the fish until it thickens into a glaze.

While salmon is cooking, steam the broccoli until tender-crisp.

Divide the cooked rice into two bowls. Top with a salmon fillet and the steamed broccoli.

Drizzle any remaining glaze from the pan over the bowls and garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
