Ingredients

  • 200 grams Egg noodles or spaghetti
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Brown sugar
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, grated
  • 1 cup Carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup Snow peas
  • 1 medium Bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 stalks Green onions, chopped(optional)

Instructions

    Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.

    In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.

    Heat a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat with a splash of oil.

    Add carrots, snow peas, and bell peppers; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.

    Add the cooked noodles and the sauce mixture to the pan.
