Ingredients
- 1 lb Large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 8 count Corn tortillas
- 2 cups Shredded cabbage mix
- 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 0.25 cup Sour cream(optional)

In a small bowl, toss the shrimp with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.

While shrimp cooks, toss the cabbage mix with lime juice and cilantro in a separate bowl.
