Ingredients
- 250 g Ground pork
- 2 packs Instant ramen noodles
- 800 ml Chicken or pork broth
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Ginger, grated
- 2 stalks Green onions, sliced
- 2 units Soft-boiled egg(optional)
Instructions

In a large pot, heat the sesame oil over medium-high heat.

Add the ground pork and cook until browned, breaking it up with a spoon.

Stir in the garlic and ginger, cooking for 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in the broth and soy sauce. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 5 minutes.

Add the ramen noodles (discarding flavor packets) and cook according to package directions, usually 3 minutes.

Divide the soup and noodles into bowls.
