Ingredients

  • 15 oz Canned black beans
  • 6 pieces Corn tortillas
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 0.5 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 whole Lime
  • 0.25 cup Red onion, diced(optional)
  • 2 tbsp Fresh cilantro(optional)
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

    Drain and rinse the black beans thoroughly.

    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add the beans, cumin, and chili powder.

    Cook for 5 minutes, lightly mashing some of the beans with a fork to create texture.

    Squeeze half the lime over the bean mixture and stir.

    Warm the corn tortillas in a dry pan or microwave for 30 seconds.

    Fill tortillas with the bean mixture and top with diced onion, cilantro, and remaining lime wedges.
