Ingredients
- 4 pieces Pork loin chops, pounded thin
- 0.5 cup All-purpose flour
- 2 large Eggs, beaten
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1.5 cups Marinara sauce
- 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 0.5 cup Vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped(optional)

Season the pounded pork cutlets with salt and pepper.

Set up a dredging station: one bowl with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.

Coat each pork cutlet in flour, dip in egg, and then press into breadcrumbs until fully coated.

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Fry cutlets for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.

Drain cutlets on paper towels and preheat your oven broiler.

Place cutlets on a baking sheet. Top each with a generous spoonful of marinara sauce and a handful of mozzarella and parmesan.
