Ingredients
- 500 grams Pork belly
- 2 pieces Baguette
- 0.5 cup Carrots and Daikon (pickled)
- 0.5 sliced Cucumber
- 1 handful Fresh Cilantro
- 1 sliced Jalapeño(optional)
- 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Five Spice Powder

Season the pork belly with five spice powder, salt, and pepper. Roast at 200°C (400°F) for 50-60 minutes until the skin is crispy and meat is tender.

Let the pork rest for 10 minutes, then slice into thin bite-sized pieces.

Slice the baguettes lengthwise and lightly toast them.

Spread a generous layer of mayonnaise on the inside of the bread and drizzle with a little soy sauce.

Layer the sliced pork belly, pickled carrots and daikon, cucumber slices, and jalapeños into the baguette.

Garnish with fresh cilantro sprigs and serve immediately.
