Ingredients

  • 600 grams Cream cheese
  • 200 grams Granulated sugar
  • 4 Large eggs
  • 300 ml Heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions

    Preheat your oven to 210°C (410°F) and line a 20cm springform pan with parchment paper, allowing it to rise above the edges.

    In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.

    Add the eggs one by one, mixing well after each addition.

    Stir in the heavy cream and salt until fully incorporated.

    Sift the flour over the mixture and fold it in gently until no lumps remain.

    Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40-45 minutes until the top is dark brown and the center still has a slight jiggle.

    Remove from the oven and let it cool completely in the pan at room temperature before serving.
