Ingredients
- 200 grams Spaghetti
- 0.25 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 4 cloves Garlic Cloves
- 0.5 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 0.25 cup Fresh Parsley
- 1 pinch Salt
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese(optional)

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti according to package directions until al dente.

While pasta cooks, thinly slice the garlic cloves.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-low heat. Add sliced garlic and red pepper flakes.

Cook the garlic slowly for about 3-5 minutes until it turns golden brown. Do not let it burn.

Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain the spaghetti.

Add the spaghetti and reserved pasta water to the skillet with the garlic oil.

Toss vigorously over medium heat until the oil emulsifies and coats the pasta.

Stir in chopped parsley and serve immediately.
